These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Novel World AI mobile application (the "App") operated

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Novel World AI provides interactive storytelling features, including:

- Discovering and playing story worlds

- Making choices that influence relationships and story outcomes

- Continuing stories through chat-style interaction

- Importing supported novel files and generating interactive scenes from that text

- Saving progress, managing Story Energy, and optionally subscribing to Premium

The App is for entertainment and creative storytelling only. It is not a professional advice, educational certification, medical, legal, or emergency service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. No Account Required

You may use the App with a local on-device profile. You are responsible for activity on your device and for keeping the device secure. If account features are added later, additional terms may apply.

4. User Content and Imported Stories

"User Content" means text, files, prompts, messages, reports, characters, and other materials you submit, import, create, or generate through the App.

You retain any rights you already have in your User Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use User Content solely as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the App features you request.

You represent and warrant that:

- You own or have all rights and licenses needed to import and use the content in the App

- Your User Content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person

- Your User Content does not violate applicable law or these Terms

We do not claim ownership of novels or files you import. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have permission to use copyrighted material.

5. Interactive and AI-Generated Content

Story responses, character dialogue, scene generation, and similar outputs may be produced by automated systems, templates, or third-party AI services. Outputs may be incomplete, inconsistent, offensive, or factually wrong.

You agree that:

- Interactive and AI-generated content is provided for entertainment only

- You will not rely on it as professional advice

- We do not guarantee any particular story outcome, quality, or availability

- You will not attempt to generate or promote illegal, exploitative, or abusive content

6. Story Energy and Premium Subscriptions
